Rosie, the wild sow

Great artistic skill is requiredis required to make such a figurine jug. The jug is so complex that it has to be made from porcelain in different parts and then assembled before the first of three firings.

Here she comes – the better half of Max the boar!

Rosie, the beauty of a wild boar, is elegantly dressed in a dirndl. Her golden hair is braided into plaits and her hat and make-up show that she knows a thing or two about fashion.

It is better to give her a large tip if you want to be served in a friendly and charming manner.

While she carries beer mugs with one hand, she serves a Bavarian dish with her left.
