Very traditional carved clock. This is the famous Bahnhäusle clock, a Cuckoo Clock based on the original from 1885. The original was designed in 1885 and commissioned by Robert Gerwig in honor of the workers who were building the Black Forest Railway at the time. The clock itself therefore represents one of the railroad cottages on the Black Forest Railway at the time. This also explains the name of the clock.
8 days of work with music: 2 melodies “Edelweiss” and the “Merry Wanderer” change every hour on the hour.
