Bavarian castles 3/4 l jug with King Ludwig handle, crystal lid Neuschwanstein

The Bavarian castles are world-famous today.

Every year, people from all over the world marvel at the buildings and their facilities, which were erected around 150 years ago.

King Ludwig II created fairytale castles for posterity, which still have many admirers today.

This ¾ liter jug shows the most famous castles of the Free State in hand-sculpted reliefs. The handle is decorated with a relief of the fairytale king.

A cut glass “crystal” has been set into the genuine pewter lid, which reveals a picture of the royal castle of Neuschwanstein when viewed from above.

The jug was elaborately hand-painted in underglaze and overglaze colors and fired twice in total.

The beautiful pewter lid completes the picture.
