Shipping

In order to guarantee the greatest possible security and at the same time favorable prices, we only ship with reputable shippers. For worldwide shipments, this is UPS – United Parcel Service.
For domestic German and European shipments, we use UPS and DHL, depending on customer requirements or the fastest possible delivery route.

SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION IS FREE OF CHARGE.

(Except for grandfather clocks – here shipping by a forwarding agent is necessary)

Calculation of shipping costs:

The shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically based on the gross weight of the
entire packed order.
If several items are ordered, the total weight is calculated.
There are no extra charges for filling material or handling.

Available shipping methods and shipping times:

Shipping within Germany and the EU – FREE:
The shipment is made as a UPS Standard Parcel, DHL Parcel or DHL Maxibrief:
Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days
Shipping as a Maxibrief is only used for very small shipments.
Shipping as a parcel is always insured and can be tracked using a tracking number.

International shipping:
DHL Maxibrief international:
For smaller items, international shipping by Maxibrief is also possible.

UPS Express Saver:
We offer the fastest and safest possible shipping method for your items.
Shipping via UPS guarantees a very short shipping time. Your parcel is always in the hands of one and the same shipping service provider – this makes the shipping route fast and secure.
Shipping time:

  • USA: approx. 2 to 3 working days
    Excellent tracking of your parcel – you can check the current status of your parcel online at any time.
    Delays at customs or other delays are automatically and directly communicated to you by UPS to your email address.
  • EU: approx. 2 to 5 working days
    Excellent tracking of your parcel – you can check the current status of your parcel online at any time.
    Delays are automatically and directly communicated to you by UPS to your email address
  • Worldwide: approx. 3 to 5 working days
    Excellent tracking of your parcel – you can check the current status of your parcel online at any time.
    Delays at customs or other delays are automatically and directly communicated to you by UPS to your email address.

Import duties / shipping outside the EU:
Only applicable for shipping to countries outside the EU.
We ship all our items from Germany. For this reason, all orders shipped to a country outside the European Union are subject to import duties above a certain value of goods. The item prices are VAT free for customers outside the EU. The recipient of the parcel is responsible for importing the goods and is liable for any import duties incurred on receipt of the goods. Import duties vary greatly from country to country. You can obtain information about import duties from your local customs office, which will be happy to provide you with detailed information.

We will be happy to enclose a Global Refund Tax-Free form with your order. Please let us know if you would like such a form and we will enclose it with the delivery.

Packaging of your order:
We try to make the process of packing and shipping your order as fast and secure as possible.
Shipping international parcels is very expensive. For this reason, we only charge the actual shipping costs incurred. There are no handling or packing material charges.

Packaging of the goods:
Our product range consists of many very sensitive and fragile items that require extremely careful packaging and securing.
We use a two-component foam system for this purpose, which ensures that the goods are packaged and secured with a perfect fit.
