Manfred Albrecht Freiherr von Richthofen (1892 – 1918), also known as the “Red Baron”, was a German fighter pilot during the First World War. He became famous for his bravery and unmatched skill with which he piloted his Fokker DR 1. Von Richthofen painted his triple-decker in red, which earned him the nickname “Red Baron”. He was officially credited with 80 victorious aerial battles, making him both feared and admired by the enemy. On April 21, 1918, the Red Baron was shot down near Amiens. The enemy troops had the highest respect for him, so they buried him with all their military honors. Limited edition of 2,500 pieces. Each jug is individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Height: approx. 20 cm, capacity: 3/4 liter
