This jug not only has a lot to offer in terms of craftsmanship. Its shape is also unusual:
The jug depicts a zeppelin in ascent. It gives the impression that it is ascending through the middle of the jug.
An old German eagle is depicted in hand-painted relief on the front of the jug. To the right and left of the handle, an Iron Cross and a zeppelin circumnavigating the globe are shown.
A zeppelin figure is enthroned on the lid made of real pewter.
