This hand-painted relief jug depicts a panorama of Germany with famous city scenes and sights such as Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Rüdesheim, Cologne, Berlin, Neuschwanstein, Heidelberg, the Black Forest, Munich, Nuremberg and Rothenburg o.d.T..

The upper relief band is decorated with hand-painted relief motifs, such as beer mugs, wine towers, hops and edelweiss.

The coats of arms of the individual federal states are arranged consecutively on the lower bead of the tankard.

 

The front of the tankard shows a German eagle with flags and the lettering “Deutschland”.
